2015 Conference – Vendor

Please come and network with some of Tennessee’s EMS personnel at the annual MTEC Conference. This year’s exhibit hall opens for set-up on the morning of the 14th at 7am. The Vendor break that morning is around 10:15 and close after the morning break on the 15th. This is a great opportunity for vendors to display the latest EMS products.

Cost for this event is $150 per vendor for the duration of the show. Space is defined as one 8 foot table and 2 chairs Those needing more space please contact Dwight Davis at 615-828-5206 for details and costs. Also please note if you need power for your space as this is limited and assigned on a first-come first-serve basis.

Vendors with outside displays, please note approximate space needed and if your display needs power.
