Welcome to the 2015 MTEC conference! This year we have 2 forms of payment. The easiest and most simple way is to register online and pay using Paypal. You can send your check by mail or bring it to the conference. If you need to use a government purchase order, simply put the number in the section of the registration and print your invoice (your payment may show incomplete). Go to the bottom of the page and select download invoice/pdf. You can register online and mail your check. Please include a copy of your invoice with your check. Your payment may show as incomplete but go to the bottom of the page and select download invoice/pdf. Please mail your check and invoice as soon as possible. If you need to register multiple people, use same online process, simply select the number of persons you want to add (max of 3 each time). You may also register online and elect to pay when you get to the conference or if you prefer you can register and pay on site. Online registration ends May 13th. We encourage you register and pay online to ensure you get  slot. Last year we were at capacity! Make your hotel reservations early at 800-250-8613. Mention the MTEC conference for special room rates. Reminder of the cookout and networking on Thursday night. There will be food, drinks, and dessert provided FREE with your paid conference fee. The fun begins at 18:00 Additional Courses Offered (you can get 4 additional hours at NO COST with your paid conference fee) 1. The AEMT Transition course is free with the paid conference fee. Be sure to bring your certificates! 2. The critical care class is FREE with you paid conference fee. This will help you get your critical care hours for state EMS renewal. This session is open to all EMS levels (not just critical care). Select the conference and be sure to select Conference and AEMT OR Conference and Critical Care when registering. You DO NOT have to register separately for a break out session with a paid conference fee, if you do it will bill you an additional $50.00 ******************************************************************************************************************** If you plan to attend JUST A break out session, select the session you wish to attend and register for that session. Do not select conference or you will be billed $110.00   ** You will see a selection for credit card payment, we are in the process of getting approval on this. DO NOT select credit card payments at this time.***
